When You Can Get a Refund or Return:

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If your order is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it or give you a refund.
Not Happy with the Quality:

If you feel the product is not up to standard, let us know within 7 days with your order details.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
